Privacy Policy

We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and sparingly, following the principle of data minimisation.

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is nyxCore Systems. The full contact details can be found in our legal notice. For data protection enquiries you can reach us at hello@nyxcore.cloud.

2. Processing of contact and access enquiries

The Onboarding Tutor is in an invite-only beta. Through the contact and enquiry form you can request access or get in touch with us. In doing so we process the following data:

Email address (required — without it we cannot respond to your enquiry)
Name, company (optional), topic (selected from a dropdown) and your message
a consent timestamp recorded when you submit the form

Purpose: handling your access or contact enquiry regarding the invite-only beta and communicating with you about it.

Lawful basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give via the consent checkbox in the form, and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures as well as our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Data minimisation (Art. 5 GDPR)

We collect only the minimum needed to handle your enquiry. The only required field is your email address; all other fields are optional.

3. Recipients / disclosure

We do not pass your data on to any third parties. Email is delivered via our self-hosted mail server mail.nyxcore.cloud (DKIM- and DMARC-signed). Your enquiries arrive directly in our mailbox at hello@nyxcore.cloud. There is no transfer to external service providers, advertising networks or other third parties.

4. Analytics

We record only anonymised funnel events to understand site usage in aggregate. There is no personal profiling, no cross-site tracking and no recognition across multiple websites. We use no third-party trackers and no advertising cookies.

5. Fonts

All fonts are self-hosted via next/font. No request is made to Google Fonts, and no visitor IP address is sent to Google or any other third party.

6. Storage period

Following the principle of storage limitation, we store your data only as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry. After that, the data is deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Hosting

The website and the associated services are self-hosted via Docker on nyxCore Systems’ own infrastructure (nyxcore.cloud). No external cloud-hosting providers are used.

8. Your rights as a data subject

Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the following rights:

Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

If you have given us consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future under Art. 7(3) GDPR. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected. To exercise your rights, an informal message to hello@nyxcore.cloud is sufficient.

Independently of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
